About Jennifer Visco: she is the tenth child in a family of twelve siblings, and was born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA. She is hard of hearing, and has grown up with both Deaf and Hearing family members along with an Autistic sister. She's a single mother, and also has 19 nieces and nephews. Her goal, as a public speaker is to inform everyone about the enormous challenges and difficulties of being raised in a diverse cultural environment. She wants to inspire everyone with her stories about life, death, family - specifically her sister April's battle with cancer. As per her sister's request, she had traveled to Dublin, Ireland for three years and had studied Fine Arts at Dublin Institute Technology. She recently completed with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art Studio from Gallaudet University, Washington D.C. in 2010. In addition to being an inspirational speaker, her interests include writing, interior design, photography and painting. She is also currently working on finishing a novel.
